What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and can only be confirmed within 24 hours of arrival/departure, depending on availability.
Do you allow mixed couples?
Yes, mixed couples are welcome. Non-Egyptian passport holders do not need to provide a marriage certificate. However, in line with Egyptian law, if one partner holds Egyptian nationality, an official marriage certificate is required. (Unofficial or “Orfi” documents are not accepted).
How will I get the keys?
All our properties offer keyless self-check-in. A unique code will be sent to you 3 hours before your arrival.
Is entry to El Gouna subject to approval by town community?
Yes, Entry remains subject to approval by El Gouna community. If disapproved by El Gouna community, the guest should initiate the reservation cancellation and will be fully refunded
